Tonight is the night – the beginning of the end – The season premiere of the 6th and final season of Lost airs tonight at 8|7c on ABC.

I’m not in the US but I get to see it tomorrow, I absolutely cannot wait – soooo excited!! And I’m also sad… it’s a mix of emotions LOL!

Well, I was dreading (but kind of expecting) this to happen. Evangeline says that after Lost is over she wants to “drop off the radar for a bit” and she doesn’t think she’ll continue to act. She may or may not quit the business, but says she’s more likely to do off-screen work. Watch the video below to see Evi talking to E!’s Kristin on the set. I only watched the first part, I stopped it as soon as they got talking about Lost because I don’t want to hear any spoiler of any kind. So beware

As a massive fan and someone who really appreciates Evi’s enormous talent, this is pretty sad news. I was hoping to see her in many more movies. What if she drops off the radar so much that us fans have no clue what’s going on…and I guess there’ll be no updates for the site either. Sad to think about, but of course she needs to do what makes her happy. And if she’s not passionate enough about acting like she said, then we’ll just have to deal with it….*sniff*

Over the weekend Evangeline attended the last ever LOST Sunset on the Beach premiere screening in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was also the Beginning Of The End party. If only I was there… check out all the pictures of Evi posing for photographers, waving and signing autographs for the many fans
