One week they’re engaged, the next they’ve broken up. Lately though, all the magazines seem to think that Evangeline and Dominic Monaghan have indeed broken up this time. Dominic was apparently spotted flirting with another woman at a trendy Los Angeles restaurant. He was also seen holding and kissing this woman, according to reports. It supposedly happened in the beginning of November, which is when the reports began to surface. I don’t know if this is true, but very sad if it is. =(
